Should tweets be Iimited or filtered?

Certain hate speech is allowed while others aren't from what I've seen, I've seen very racist stuff on twitter (more than any other site) and it goes unchecked and supported. If you misgender someone though you're banned. Its really weird and another reason I don't go on it, its the most toxic place I've ever been to, makes 4chan look polite.

Freedom of speech is not unfettered. Espousing physical harm is not legal.

While seldom enforced, slander and libel still exist. We just need a judicial system willing to enforce the law.
