Do you know why you get dizzy when you spin?
Spinning makes you dizzy because the fluid in your ears is spinning round and round and when you stop spinning, the liquid in your ear keeps moving and it confuses your brain so you feel dizzy still.

Now explain why I get dizzy when sitting still. All I have to do is turn my head slightly and I have to close my eyes and feel my way to my bed.
