what do you think of doctor assisted suicide?
I see why people do it they usually cant afford to have the person on life support. I am against it if it is not about money, because just like it is not right helping a depressed person commit suicide it is wrong ho help a injured person commit suicide.
I think dr Ryan Anderson put it in a good way, he says it sends the message that some people are better off dead. I don't know how i came along this video but this is what made me think of this topic.

I don't think money is usually the reason for that - even in America. At a certain point, the quality of life is simply shit and will never get better. Some folks prefer to go out with a touch of dignity, and a time of their choosing.

Turning someone off life support is a different situation, and is rarely done for financial reasons either.
@QuixoticSoul then that would justify helping depressed people kill themselves. they think their quality of life is bad and no amount of therapy or medication will help them in their opinion.

@Girlyfriendcollecting No responsible doctor would sign off on euthanasia due to depression. And there is a difference between "thinks their quality of life is bad and will never get better" and "their quality of life is actually bad and will never get better".
