Where do the "Not Delivered" e mails go ?(both)

Over the years I have had several "Not Delivered" e mails.
Are they floating around somewhere? Can someone "Catch" them and use them for sinister purposes?

@DeWayfarer Hmmm. Read that just now.
Seems that they get sent back to the sender but they do not end up in any viewable categories. I know not.

@Gusman Could be your provider just dumps those messages. Check your email provider. I do know that I get such messages on every email account that I have ever had. And believe me I have had nearly a hundred accounts over the years. Possibly more.
