do you think a person can hold simultaneously more than one conversation?

my question steams from the movie "Her" combined with me trying to become ambidextrous. In the movie, the OS(operating system) could simultaneously hold thousands of conversations.
Do you think it is even possible for a human to -at the same time- converse with two others?

@DunningKruger you're right it is, i think i can do it for like 3 seconds. 30 max.
I've tried writing two different things with my two hands and i observed that my attention would shift quickly from one to another but couldn't simultaneously give orders to both hands. But i'm sure with practise is possible..
