Ya'll wanna know what's going to be awesome in vidja games one day?

When we can really and truly implement genetic algorithms in some truly advanced AI for enemies. Meaning they don't just "learn" the players behavior but they actually adapt new strategies based on previous successes. So they won't just be countering your own strategies but actually exploiting your weaknesses as a gamer and hitting you in ways you're least equipped to deal with.

Or maybe just complete real-time raytracing for perfectly accurate lighting effects. Maybe we should just start with that.

@MalteseFalconPunch they're pushing everything onto the hardware, back in the day they did real work/programming/tweaking/optimizing the engine so it could be played at even low end systems. Witcher 3 is the biggest recent example of highly optimized engine

@MalteseFalconPunch I don't think there would be another rpg like that.. Sony has gone brutal with their new ips. Have you seen the recent E3? Ghost of tsushima made me wet and sekiro (from software)
