I believe you mean infallible, or incapable of being wrong. A computer is not infallible because it is built and coded by fallible humans.
You coined a term "infullible" which should mean incapable of being filled. Given that any computer memory - even the cloud - has some physical maximum memory size, the memory can always be filled.
Thus, computers are neither infallible or infullible.
