This is one of the theoretical possibilities of the Multiverse models:
Inflationary/Bubble Universes: Rapid cosmic inflation might continue in some regions, constantly spawning new 'bubble' universes, each potentially with unique physical properties.
String Theory/Braneworlds: Our universe could be a membrane (brane) in a higher-dimensional space (the "bulk"), with other branes hosting other universes.
Many-Worlds Interpretation (MWI) (Quantum): Every quantum possibility branches off into a new, separate universe, creating countless realities where different outcomes of events occur.
Cyclic Multiverse: Universes go through endless cycles of expansion
I only believe what experimental physics can prove, but I'm a theoretical guy, so I'll just have fun with the possibilities.
