The idea of a parallel universe can be confusing. It’s easier to understand it as parallel worlds or even multiple states of existence. When we say “world,” it doesn’t always mean another physical planet like Earth, but a different plane or level of existence.
In advanced yogic wisdom, there is talk of multiple planes of existence that exist alongside ours. What differentiates each of these “worlds” or planes is the elements and qualities they are made of. So rather than thinking in terms of parallel universes, it may be more accurate to think of them as different layers or states of reality existing simultaneously.
