I would like to test a hypothesis

A man posed that if men didn't exist, women wouldn't have the privileges they currently have and the world would crumble.

I want to know what needs to be done to test this out and see.

The hypothesis is, on the surface, interesting. Does the hypothetical go to the beginning of human existence or does it suppose to happen suddenly after humankind has been established?

Regardless, I think it's folly.
