I am my own lab rat.

I have been stuffing my brain with endless supply of information to engage the prefrontal cortex to prevent it from having the mental breakdowns as frequently. It is rooted in a valid neuroscientific principle because activating the prefrontal cortex can downregulate the amygdala, reducing emotional reactivity which is a large part of my disorder and instability in general.

The downside is it does increase the frequency of my sever headaches.

Meditation is supposed to downregulate the amygdala too. i guess you probably already know this : )
