Trying to single out theoretical physicists as some sort of cause for all ills when so much science debunks religious myth that is preached endlessly without acknowledging that which is provable shows how man and his thinking evolves but rhetoric doesn't

@Picklebobble2 Actually there is. You have not commented on any of the content of the documentary. You probably didn't even watch it. Don't answer a matter before you've heard it. Condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance.

If you're intellectually honest, you must admit that the big bang, darwinian macro evolution, black holes, the multiverse, string theory, simulation theory are NOT science. So yes, there is such a thing as scientism. It is not based in experimentation and observation. It is obscurantism and theoretical abstraction based in science fiction movies.

There's no 'macro-evolution' or 'micro-evolution'.

That's a distinction without a difference.

There is just evolution, the evidence for which is completely, consistently, and coherently, explained by the Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection.
