Oh absolutely it is co ductive. It just also has a relatively high resistance value that causes to heat up under smaller loads than many populat consuctive metals and becomes excedingly prone to oxidation while creating no oxide barrier at the elevated temps. Still it has much niche use as for it's conductive and resistence properties in the electric and electronic fields
