Be the fact that if you were to run into a single speck of dust in space after going that speed, You would be instantly killed?

Yes. Shielding would be a big concern too. It would have to be an energy based shield.
The amount of power required to travel that fast is already infinite. So thats just another shit in the turd heap.
Warping space time to create two very strong gravitational cavities in front and to either side of your craft could solve that issue.
Assuming one is spinning clockwise and the other is spinning counterclockwise, anything in front of you would be grabbed and thrown away from your craft.
You would just have to make sure they dont make it all around the bend and hit you in the ass. You'd need a way to kick them out of orbit
