If you met somebody that matched u so well in so many ways, just perfect for you,

but one day she(he) tells you that she(he) does drugs recreationally, and isnt planning on stopping. What would u do?

People who use drugs recreationally are drug addicts. Sooner or later, she will drain everything she has, then she will drain everything you have. That's the cold hard truth. Sorry. She is not, as you say, "just perfect for you."
