Many didn't have a choice as they were complying with mandates. As time passes the more it seems like they profited while getting away with genocide with the help of corrupt government officials.
Yes, that is disgusting but the problem is that calling them 'criminals' won't help because although I do not know US(?) business law, I expect they will have been very careful to stay within it. Just enough, anyway.
