Back in 2004, sales of the Nintendo GameCube were so poor, that the company was thinking about possibly exiting the home console market. Then came the Wii a couple of years later, which was a huge success.

That’s so crazy to think about because game cube was honestly so bad ass. The quality was amazing and the games were amazing

I get it though like the Xbox and ps gamer community probability didn’t hop
On that bandwagon maybe? Maybe that’s what hurt so bad? I’m not even joking I had three game cubes

And my mom and sister had their own so in total there were five 🤣
