Why do some people gain weight fast, but others can't gain any weight?

@Fluffybull But they keep telling me to gain weight. 🙈 They said I'm not growing as much as I should because I'm too skinny.

@Manfredthemanic Who tells you? Doctors? Maybe this paleo diet isn't helping. Why don't they speak to your parents then?

@Fluffybull Yes, doctors, Fluffy. Sometimes vegetables make me very full and I only eat a little bit, so that's not good.
My dad said it would be good if I could eat full-fat milk, but mum said no because she said it would make me sick.

@Manfredthemanic How much protein do you eat? Fish/meat/eggs?

@Fluffybull Well, this morning I had two eggs and sweet potato which is 13.6g
I only ate a little bit of lunch, which was zoodles, tomatoes and meatballs, so 32.3g and dinner was chicken and asparagus. 43g. Mum and dad had paleo yoghurt and peanut butter, but I didn't want it. 🙈

@Fluffybull Just the protein and only because you asked me, Fluffy. I knew some from reading and looked up the rest. But I like to read ingredients too.

@Manfredthemanic What does your doctor think about the type of food you eat?

@Fluffybull He didn't say much about it, Fluffy, but just told me I needed to eat more. 🙈

@Manfredthemanic Perhaps he thinks your diet is quite restricted for a growing young person.
