It's to do with metabolism. You can't really change it. You can speed up a slow metabolism a bit with exercise.

@Victorian Yes, I know. But some people can gain weight by rating badly or a lot and I can't. 🙈

@Manfredthemanic You're probably the weight you're meant to be, then. As long as you're fit and healthy. It's probably better for you than being overweight.
