@MissyChrissy It's a punishment mentioned in the Bible and recidivism doesn't seem to be a problem when it's used -- at least not most of them time.

@MissyChrissy Picky, picky, picky. It's a punishment, it's in the Bible. Worse than stoning to death? Perhaps. Neither is an easy way to go.
