Kids attacking emergency service workers .

Once again we hear on the BBC News of kids attacking emergency service workers .What I would like to know is , where the hell are the parents when this is happening .My kids would have never have dared do this as their backsides would have been well and truly warmed .To all those parents who dont know where their kids are or what their up to ,YOUR SLACKING .I knew where my kids were at all times and what they were doing and most of the time still do even though their young adults ,its called responsible parenting .
