I hate the taste of soap in my mouth so much. The worst is when I have to bite down and I'm not allowed to remove it

How long do you usually have to keep it in? And do they rub it all on your tongue and everywhere? Guess you have to keep your hands behind your back or something too?

@Spnk8 He gets it literally everywhere in my mouth, in every nook and cranny. I'd guess I hold it for 5 minutes, but I don't have a timer so who knows.

Also, yes, I keep my hands on my head and out of the way
