are you telling me that you still have corporal punishment in school in EU ?

@anas0 I am fairly sure it has been banned throughout the EU now. The UK got rid of corporal punishment in the 1980s, it was still widely used when I was at school in the 1960s.

@Tuscan may I correct you...1986 was the date it was banned in State schools but was not until September 1999 was it banned on private schools
