İ genuinely don't understand, why

When I was in school, female teachers got downright angry when we didn't know something, always took it personally as if we disrespected their work by not having good grades. Male teachers were always chill, giving you a bad grade without a comment basically letting you know it's entirely your problem. I liked it so much more. Why should some adult woman yap at me and try to humiliate me when I failed to learn something or made a mistake because of inattentiveness or brain fog from anxiety?
