Another day of traffic delays
We were on the road to school a little later this morning because the father of one of Chiara’s friends was delayed by traffic. A couple of the girls have a short distance to travel to get to our apartment garage so we set off ten minutes or so later than usual.
Ten minutes behind time can never be added back even if there wasn’t any traffic delays. We arrived at school in good time, since I have built in a little time for unforeseen problems.
So, I am now back home and I am working from home today and tomorrow, and I’m going into the office on Friday. Tomorrow, of course, we have an appointment with the attorney for the adoption to go through so that by the time Chiara gets home it should all be done.
