Got thoughts on public education?

I work in the system as a substitute teacher, for two counties in the state of Florida. (Which has some of the best public schools in the country.)

@faithfulhusband They passed a law in Florida giving parents the right to keep porn out of school libraries, gay or normal. It's called the Parental Choice Act. Of course, the Nazis at CNN called it the Don't Say Gay law, which is a lie.
You may have seen that news story about a parent at a school board conference who was reading some REALLY steamy and obscene material to the group. That person was called down for reading that, saying that material was inappropriate for the meeting. The parent then said she was reading from a book found in an elementary school library. ALL porn should be kept from school libraries at all lives, homosexual or normal.
