Not Really My Fav Place

School years were a little tough, to say the least.

With my extra-curricular activities, getting up in the mornings was tiring stuff. Being one with my family background - white mum, black biological father, white parental father, multiracial siblings - I was seen sometimes as adopted, by other kids.

Children can be spiteful at times.

I had some lovely teachers, mind, and had a few friends but not many. I got good grades too.

They say that whatever you go through makes you stronger. I get that. I did meet some cool people, learned some interesting stuff. But...would I do it again? I'd rather not.

I'm glad of adulthood.

I had multiple narcissists in my childhood and don't miss those days at all. Everything from 18+ onwards for me has been like a holiday, and that includes being homeless for a while lol
