I can’t fall asleep

school is tmr and I can’t fall asleep. I’m usually always at my bfs house and he helps me fall asleep and whenever I’m not over I have a hard time falling asleep but it didn’t matter that much cause it was summer, but now since I have school tmr it’s a problem. HOW DO I FALL ASLEEP 😭😭
