Ever felt this or like-

So y'know when there's that one kid that gets kicks off of humiliating other people. Like, at first it's kinda funny ngl, but after a while it just feels loke they're targeting you with personal attacks. And the fact that teachers are always like "We will always know if someone is rude in class, do not worry" but istg they're never even in class.
