Anyone have any revision tips on how I can actually get information into my head and remember it all?

My 7th grade science teacher taught me this.
Get a lined paper or any paper
Fold it in half
Write down every question in different forms on one side and write the answers on the other side
Ex: “Who discovered gravity?” “What did Isaac Newtown discover”
Go over it.
This helps prepare you for any question they throw at you on the test or quiz
