I can't keep up on how my teacher manages his class

I have a strict teacher and everything he says and does (according to him) should be followed. He plans a schedule on every activities we do on his subject. While I do think the schedules should be followed, I just can't keep up. He assigns us activities even on holidays or breaks. I can't keep my personal, family, church and school balanced.
