I was paddled at school

Remember in fifth grade this girl called me names and I pulled her hair. Unfortunately the teacher saw and took me into the hall and planted three swats on my young butt. Sitting down was not pleasant that afternoon. First of several times that happened. I tended to get noticed when I misbehaved.

@onewithshoes Sure, let’s encourage violence against kids. Not everyone who hits your kids is doing it for the good.

I was paddled up until the 7th grade, that's when I decided it wasn't going to happen any more. The teacher wanted to paddle me for being less than 30 seconds late to class. I told him it wasn't going to happen and he sent me to the principle, he wanted to paddle me and I told him the same thing, "not going to happen". Well then you will be suspended from school for 3 days he said. I took the 3 days. The first of several suspensions I would eventually take.
