When you throw the pillow behind your head when you're getting into bed after school and it's perfectly angled and perfectly puffed 🥺💕

Wow that's really what I need. My pillow is messed up and has been giving me horrible headaches & neck pain for like a week now. I tried puffing it in the dryer or 'angling' it with other supportive pillows but it still sucks. Quality of sleep is close to zero. Need to get a new one I figured 🤷🏽‍♀️

@SW-User Yes you do! I have a couple, one that's cotton which is great for when you want to sit up a bit in bed, it's very puffy and is good support against the wall. Then I have my sleeping pillow which is a very thin high quality pillow filled with feathers.

Oh I think I remember now that I discussed with you about your neck problems and the importance of a thin pillow like a year ago 😂

Haha yeah it comes & goes. I used to stuff my pillowcase with 2 small cushions under the main pillow. It solved the issue for a while but now all 3 parts of my pillow "system" are squishy again. Lol
Is thin really good for sleeping though?
I feel like I need some elevation or I might get dizzy. Also I assume it won't support the neck/shoulders. I'm thinking the puffy one would be better to sleep on.

@SW-User From my own experience, sleeping without a pillow can sometimes be even better than sleeping with a pillow. That means, at least for me, a pillow is optional and should definitely not be too high. 🤔

Interesting. How about the mattress. Any suggestions? @MartinTheFirst

@SW-User Yes I bought a very weird one that kind of slowly shapes itself after your body, it's like an intense version of memory foam. I was on the search for a hard mattress and everyone i spoke to were like "wtf people always ask for a soft mattress.. I dont know how to answer this demand" lmao, so I just had to test a few mattresses to find a hard mattress. You want one that's not so soft that you sink into it because that will really mess up your shoulders and back. You also dont want a too hard of a mattress because.. well it will hurt. Reason for this is because when the mattress is too soft and you sink into it, you will be forced to have a bad posture and it will put a lot of pressure on your back. With a hard mattress you're able to use your body to disperse your weight.. but this is more important for heavy people like myself so it depends

That's logical. It's about finding the right balance. Agreed. Thanks @MartinTheFirst
