What do you think of a teacher in a public school system

Who sends her own kids to private school.
Is it kind of like a Chef saying she'd never eat in her restaurant?

Wonder her reasoning ??? The public school my kids go to is a very good school, however, I know that is not always the case. Some of them are terrible.
