Apparently running trots in a thing

I got to the turn around point and both and last time I ran I suddenly had to shit. I mean badly, really really badly. I couldn’t run because it would slip out and this time I barely made it in front of the toilet before it came out. I even tried going to the bathroom beforehand but nothing. Now I have no choice but to go even further next time in order to get it to the wal mart to use their bathroom because there’s literally nowhere else to go.
