Slow but steady
I ran the entire mile almost nonstop. I had to take a short break 3/4ths of the way for a minute and a few micro stops to take a sip of water but I guess I am improving. However Im still gaining weight 😑 Im up in the last few months from 180 to 195. Guess I need to eat more salads now or something since I’ll be 35 soon. I also got these energy drinks that don’t taste like donkey ass that really help. Well thats my ramble for today.
