Every time I go for a run
I ask why I do this to myself. Im red, covered in sweat and exhausted. I look like one of the local drug addicts. I don’t seem to get that runners high everyone talks about either I just get exhausted.

It comes after consistency when you reach a level of fitness. A PT told me that once you have to keep training and you’ll get it
