There's a woman at the park. I call her Thigh Gap. Anyways Thigh Gap spends every day 6am to 9 am running laps around the park. Even if it's 95 degrees. Rain or shine. To me it is absolutely insane how anyone can enjoy that or how they find the motivation. It's impressive AF but absolutely insane to me

@pripyatamusementpark I feel my pleasure and reward system would be easier managed if I could find enjoyment in healthy lifestyles

@MethDozer It's true . I do certainly do this . Just not the running part . Also you need time to truly appreciate these small ways of living . You have 45 minutes before work . You could go for a walk slowly taper out other things that aren't healthy .

I have a person in my neighbourhood exactly the same ..

Her body seems to be withering into a branch .

I catch her every once in a while taking selfies after an outing .aa well. I guess she may have a blog or a running narrative going on social media.(no pun intended )
