I want to get back to running in the morning,i wake up usually waay before my alarm goes off but i just don't go. This is pathetic at this point,i do this for months now

Maybe you can start with walks instead of runs, just put on your shoes and maybe initially walk along a fixed circuit near your house. Then keep this routine regular and one day you will have urge to run instead of walking.
@Justausualguy41 idk why🤷♀️i keep telling myself to not go,today is not the day...tomorrow will be better. And i do not go back to sleep,so i am just not leaving
