@HordeCory It's essentially a public swinger's club. Anyone can join at the door for a donation. But swinger rules apply -- boundaries are to be respected and no means no. There is a large public area and outdoor hot tub downstairs surrounded by some private rooms, with more private rooms upstairs. Downstairs public area includes a sort of stage area filled with mattresses for the true exhibitionists who are into group sex.
