Is it possible to never find genuine mutual romantic intimate sexusl adult connections?

I feel I'm a living textbook example of such

Can't accurately work out the causes to know how to maybe address and or correct my faults and flaws around being unable to form intimate romantic relationship bonds, so I just accept it's who I am. I believe I am mostly the problem overall though.
