Turning 28

I used to be a dreamer. I wanted to be a musician, a writer, a photographer, an artist, a church worker, and a business owner. But now I'm 28, and I barely have the skills I needed to be what I wanted to be.

I was rejected to my dream company, I did not accept an offer from the biggest media company in our country because the starting salary won't pay my bills, and I settle on things that I never wanted.

I think the magic of being a kid is having the courage
on making a big dream. It's just hard when you're old and you no longer care if you'll disappoint other people. I'm afraid to disappoint myself.

I went back to college at 30. Best decision I ever made. I've worked in photography and video based on my degree and the doors it opened.

Not saying you should do the same but you're at a great age to find a direction.

@JohnnyNoir this is a good idea

@sugarpie it seems we're expected to know exactly what we want at an early age and by the time you're around 30 you should be well on the way to that goal. That's not how life works for everyone. Dont feel pressured that you should have it all together now. You'll get there
