It depends on how the relationship ended and if she changed or was unkind to you in the end.

No one was unkind. It was blissful but then she said that the distance was too much and that was that. Over a week I went from "I love her" to "Nope, don't care"

I think that can be a good thing. Maybe you just understand where she came from, accepted that it wasn't what she wanted, and carried on in your life. How long were you together? I find that if something like that happens within the first few months of a relationship, it's easier to just be like "eh" shortly after.
