How to fight porn addiction

This is the best advice I seen in a while, I am not addicted to porn but I can see how it affects my mind, makes me want unreasonable things, but the effects of porn goes beyond that, our ancestors have not evolved watching all this porn we need to be bored and not have access to all this.

There was a story on EP about 2013..I think the woman who wrote it only had the one "experience";Her husband would come home from work,eat and turn on porn videos despite her pleading to talk or sleep with her. She described herself as attractive and fit,but he would not be swayed..insane if you ask me.
There are whole websites dealing with porn addiction ,now. People gotta touch grass every now and then,take a walk and not live in a fake world
