Do you think you can handle an excessively horny partner?

Never had one to find out. What defines 'excessively horny'? I thought women ovulating apparently makes them 'excessively horny' but there's no corresponding thing in men that I'm aware of. I can't say I've ever felt 'excessively horny'.
