Are there any circumstances under which you would like a person to cold-approach you with romantic intent?

I personally cannot think of any as cold-approaching is something I can never do and would find almost impossible to accept as genuine and legit.

This is for both men and women to comment on as I know men by and large don't approach women anymore and women almost never approach men based on my personal experiences and anecdotal evidence.
