I accidentally said my guy friend’s name while making out with my boyfriend. How do I get my boyfriend to understand I only love HIM?
So my outting with my boyfriend (let’s call Evan) today was amazing! I’m glad we were able to talk things out and had a blast. Had lunch, went to the movies, went to a laser game place and went to a club to dance. I usually don’t like clubs and it’s too loud, my boyfriend convinced me to go and I gotta get out of my comfort zone and do something I don’t normally do.
So after we danced, we made out at the park at 8:45pm and I accidentally said my guy friend’s name (let’s call him Eddy). My boyfriend stopped kissing me and pushes me off. He said, “Excuse me!” I said, “No no that was an accident! I don’t know why I said his name I meant Evan! Let’s kiss.” Then he moved away and got upset that I said Eddy’s name. I explained to Evan, “It was an accident and I not love you. You’re the man I’m in love with.” Then he said, “Really? Because I don’t think you’re being honest. I need to be honest with me. Do NOT lie to me. Do you like Eddy? Like attracted to him?”
I told him I wasn’t and Eddy and I are just friends. Then Evan said, “Come on! I can tell Eddy likes you and he obviously knows you and I are dating. I’ve seen his jealousy face when he sees us together.”
I told Evan this, “Evan! I LOVE YOU! YOU. Not Eddy. It was an accident. You’re the only guy I love. I promise.” He said, “Date’s over! I’m taking you home. I don’t wanna hear a word from you.” We were going to go back to the club but no. We didn’t talk on the way then he dropped me off. I tried to get a kiss but he rejected and told me to get my ass out of the car and drive off! So rude! He dropped me off at 9:30pm. Two hours ago.
