if I move on get better and love myself, will my ex come back? Do they always come back when you don't need them?

Ugh, based on your other posts, if you move on stay moved on, maybe he comes back, maybe he doesn't, but time to focus on you and not him. If he comes back after you have transformed but cannot be there with you now he is not worth it.
Sounds like you are trying to do the I will change, love myself and be better and then he will come back. Doesn't work out well that way, and by that point, if you have truly changed and do love yourself you will see you are short changing yourself with this guy.
