What if your boyfriend/girlfriend doesn’t even text you or send you a message for a week… do you break up?

outside of a reason like - death of relative… Is ‘it’s a busy time’ a good enough excuse?

It really depends on the context but most likely you're gonna need a very good excuse for that to be accepted because sending at least 1 text doesn't require much effort even if you're busy
