How/where do/Should men draw the line between a girl "playing hard to get" and her just Not being interested?

Confuses some men alot.....Sometimes a girl’s No could mean "try harder" i hear

Treat "no" like NO and you can’t go wrong. It’s 2024, if she’s interested she’ll find a reason to approach you.
